The Aptify® system records Gift Aid declarations and automatically applies the declaration to all applicable transactions. It will batch together all the transactions and submit claims electronically saving an organisation time and ensuring that every possible claim is processed and managed.
- Record Gift Aid declarations and store a digital image against the declaration record.
- Flag any product or service or donation type as gift aidable.
- Load external payments and automatically flag identifiable transactions.
- Batch claims and manage multiple claim submissions
- Allocate Gift Aid income to internal and external bank accounts structures and create BACS transfers to disperse the income.
